Rigid Shaping Technology (Exclusive Back Coating)
Process Feature: 100% virgin polyester check oxford base fabric, fully coated with special rigid PA/PU composite adhesive on the backside
Performance Effect: Stereoscopic check texture, rigid and uniform fabric stiffness with neat folding lines. Excellent molding stability, suitable for bags, outdoor workwear, tactical equipment and other categories. It will never sag, deform or collapse without filling, and the check pattern keeps intact permanently.
Texture & Color Printing Performance
Fabric Structure: Reinforced tear-resistant check woven structure
Performance Effect: Pure polyester base fits all printing and dyeing processes including heat transfer printing, reactive dyeing and digital printing, featuring high color saturation, zero color difference and no back penetration. Original check texture delivers minimalist functional industrial texture. The warp & weft reinforced check structure stops tearing extension fundamentally, with better tear resistance than ordinary plain oxford fabric.
